No matter how varied the activities of the various VPRA members, the VPRA Seal of Approval offers five assurances: |

Every VPRA member organization is managed by experienced consultants with an extensive background and successful track record in the profession. |

Every VPRA member has agreed to be bound by a stringent Code of Conduct (download pdf in Dutch) and applies uniform Terms and Conditions. |
| 3 |
All members pursue the best possible quality by a system of certification (the Bureau Management Norm). |
| 4 |
All members apply uniform Terms and Conditions covering all aspects of the products and services they provide. These Terms and Conditions are deposited with the District Court of Utrecht under reference number 251/1998. A copy is provided to all (new) clients. |

An independent arbitration committee is available to mediate in any dispute between a client and a contracted VPRA member. |

Development
The VPRA promotes the further development of quality by means of ongoing discussion about the profession, its practice and sound management methods. |
